About

I was born in Vila do Conde in 1985 and began my classical dance career at the age of five.
In 2007 I completed my Bachelor's degree in Dance – Education Branch, from Escola Superior de Dança (IPL), and since then I have been teaching in different educational spaces and contexts.

I joined Arsenale della Danza 2010, a contemporary dance training program at the Venice Biennale.
In the same year I started taking photographs and filming in a self-taught way.
I continued my training in workshops on improvisation, choreographic composition, juggling, photography and documentary filmmaking.

In addition to my own original work, I collaborate with various artists and organizations as a co-creator, performer, trainer, set photographer, and programmer, such as: Ismael Ivo, Pedro Carvalho, Companhia Instável, Teresa Prima, troposfera.xyz, Ana Renata Polónia, Grua Crua, Filipe Baptista, Companhia Erva Daninha, Uatumã Fattori, Momento – Artistas independentes, Festival Cartografias, Festival Internacional Vaudeville Rendez-Vous, FIS Festival de Artes Performativas a Solo, Ventos e Tempestades and Escola de Dança do Conservatório de Música, Teatro e Dança de Vila do Conde.

I speak Portuguese, English, Catalan, and Spanish.
I develop my own websites.
I enjoy reading, writing, and walking.
